Established in 2011, Duxton Allcare© is a leading provider of Stay-at-Home care services, clinical co-ordination and management. With many years of experience in helping people preserve their independence,our team delivers care and support within the home to help improve quality of life.
Managed by a medical professional with over 20 years of experience in nursing and aged care, Duxton Allcare© places an emphasis on client independence through providing home care that extends to outings outside the home. While we believe that ‘home is where the heart is’, we also recognise the importance of regular outings and their role in maintaining client wellbeing.
We train our qualified staff to deliver care that is built on integrity and respect, nurturing clients’ needs. We don’t treat our clients as patients – we treat them as people, with unique personalities and diverse life stories. We also don’t treat our staff as workers – we treat them as valued medical professionals who are each helping to contribute to our vision of quality home care.
We have a careful selection process for all staff and conduct rigorous checks to determine their suitability, including Police Checks and Working with Children Checks. All members of our staff are also fully qualified, holding at least a Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Disability, and Level 2 First Aid Certificate.
Our Clinical Management Team are hands-on for caring duties for allocated clients.
In addition to carefully selecting our carers, we also assess their performance over time to ensure they continue to deliver the standard of care our clients deserve.
