Paul Hickman is the Managing Director of Duxton Allcare and has over 20 years experience in clinical care and as a health care professional.
Paul achieved a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing (Flinders University) with post-graduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing, ICU and Neonatal Intensive Care.
Indulging his other passions, he achieved a Bachelor of Dance (Victoria College of the Arts Melbourne), Bachelor of Teaching (Melbourne University), and Bachelor in Business Management (Charles Darwin University) – all with honours.
In April 2011, Paul became one of the co-founders and Managing Director of Duxton Allcare – the stay-at-home caring and nursing service established in April 2011.
